Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Human Resources based in Vadodara. The Head of Human Resources will oversee all HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws. Key responsibilities include driving HR strategy, talent acquisition initiatives, employee engagement programs, and organizational development. The role will entail fostering a positive workplace culture, providing guidance to leadership, and supporting the overall growth of the business by aligning HR practices with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) operations, including recruitment, talent management, and performance evaluation
- Proven expertise in HR Management and Employee Relations to develop and sustain a positive and productive workplace environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and experience in ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
- Ability to design, implement, and enforce effective HR Policies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in a leadership HR role is strongly preferred
- Experience working in the IT/software industry or a similar sector is a plus
