Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Connaught Place for a Head of HR Policies. The incumbent will oversee the drafting, implementation, and management of company-wide HR policies to ensure compliance with legal standards and alignment with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, providing guidance on labor and employment law, driving strategic HR initiatives, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and excellence. Monitoring legal and policy updates to adapt HR practices and collaborating with departmental leaders to enhance workforce strategy will also constitute daily tasks and priorities.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Strong understanding of Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies
- Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and resolving workplace issues
- Experience in developing and implementing company-wide HR strategies
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s in a related discipline is a plus
- Prior experience in legal, real estate, or construction industries is highly advantageous
