Your Mission
As Head of HR Management, you will be responsible for leading the full spectrum of Human Resources activities at our India operation while serving as a trusted advisor to the management team.
You will shape and execute the local HR strategy in alignment with business objectives, ensuring that our people, culture, and organizational capabilities support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute the site's HR strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Partner closely with plant leadership and HR Asia on workforce and succession planning.
- Provide strategic guidance on organizational development and talent management.
- Drive HR initiatives that enhance business performance and employee engagement.
People & Talent Management
- Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, performance management, development, and succession planning.
- Build leadership capability and organizational effectiveness across the site.
- Oversee training and people development initiatives to meet current and future business needs.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Serve as the key advisor on employment legislation, labor relations, and HR policies.
- Maintain productive relationships with employee representatives and external stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Support organizational changes, restructuring, and workforce transformation initiatives when required.
HR Operations Excellence
- Lead and develop the local HR team.
- Manage HR budgets and workforce planning.
- Monitor and report HR KPIs and workforce analytics.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.
What You Bring
- Master's Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
- Proven experience supporting manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or multinational environments.
- Strong background across the full HR spectrum, including talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and labor law.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Deep understanding of Indian labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Experience with SAP HR and Microsoft Office is preferred.
