Role Description
PRIME LANDBASE is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HR for a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The Head of HR will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, managing employee relations, and leading the HR team. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and playing a pivotal role in driving organizational culture and workforce development.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and implementation within organizational frameworks
- Experience in creating, updating, and enforcing HR Policies
- Demonstrated ability in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking with a strategic mindset and the ability to align HR goals with organizational objectives
- Proficiency in HRIS software and tools is an added benefit
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the real estate or related industries
