Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Head of HR based in Rajkot. The Head of HR will be responsible for overseeing all human resources operations, including the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, managing employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additional responsibilities include managing recruitment strategies, employee onboarding, performance management, and facilitating training and development programs for the workforce. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to organizational growth and employee wellbeing.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Comprehensive knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies
- Proven experience in Employee Relations management and conflict resolution
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to develop training programs and support employee development
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and tools; analytical skills to evaluate HR metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage
