Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of HR located in Noida. The Head of HR will oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business goals. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, designing HR policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role will also involve leading HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, and organizational development, while supporting the leadership team in achieving company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Comprehensive understanding of Labor and Employment Law
- Experience in creating and implementing HR Policies
- Proficiency in managing Employee Relations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in HR are a plus
