Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of HR, based in Noida. The Head of HR will oversee all aspects of human resources, including managing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and fostering positive employee relations. Key responsibilities include developing strategic HR initiatives, supervising HR team operations, implementing effective policies, and promoting a collaborative and inclusive workplace. Additionally, the role involves providing support to management in workforce planning, recruitment, and employee development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices, HR Management, and implementation of HR Policies
- Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance with regulations
- Expertise in Employee Relations and maintaining an inclusive, collaborative work environment
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Experience in organizational development and workforce planning is an advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum o3 - 5 years of relevant experience, including managerial or leadership roles
