Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of HR at Apollo Spectra Hospitals, located in India. The Head of HR will oversee the design, implementation, and management of HR strategies, policies, and programs. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing HR policies, and leading talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives. The role will require strategic leadership to align HR practices with the organization's goals while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and experience ensuring organizational compliance with legal requirements
• Proficiency in creating, implementing, and managing HR Policies
• Experience in resolving Employee Relations issues and promoting a positive workplace culture
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) are a plus
• Prior experience in the healthcare or hospital industry is desirable
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
