Job Title: Head of Sales – Leisure (Cluster Role)
Location: Tiaraa Corbett (Ramnagar)
Role Overview
Lead and drive sales for all leisure properties of Tiaraa Hotels & Resorts, with strong focus on FIT, travel agents, and key feeder markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive room revenue across all leisure properties (Corbett, Manali, Bhimtal, etc.)
- Develop and manage relationships with travel agents, DMCs, and key accounts
- Identify and penetrate key feeder markets (Delhi NCR, Gujarat, Maharashtra, etc.)
- Build and execute sales strategy for leisure, weddings, and MICE segments
- Conduct regular sales calls, roadshows, and market visits
- Monitor competition, pricing, and market trends
- Work closely with revenue and marketing teams to maximize occupancy
Candidate Profile
- 8–12 years of hotel sales experience (leisure segment mandatory)
- Strong network with travel agents and tour operators
- Proven experience in Corbett and Manali markets (must-have)
- Deep understanding of feeder markets and seasonal demand patterns
- Aggressive, target-driven, and hands-on approach
- Willing to be based at Corbett property
