Job Description: Head of Growth (Planning & Revenue)
Location: Bengaluru

About Us:
Monrow is a PETA award-winning best footwear and bag brand. Led by ex-Versace leadership, and with senior team members from Anita Dongre and Myntra, we are based in Bangalore and have a strong DTC business with a loyal customer base. We're scaling rapidly and on a mission to transform into a data sciences-driven creative company.
We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and business‑first leader who can own the complete revenue engine of our business. This role blends business planning, demand forecasting, inventory strategy, and revenue optimization to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue & Margin Ownership
• Build and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue plans.
• Drive margin improvement through pricing, discounting, and portfolio mix strategies.
• Monitor daily/weekly revenue performance and take corrective actions proactively.
2. Inventory Planning & Demand Forecasting
• Create accurate demand forecasts using historical data, trends, and business inputs.
• Plan inventory levels to balance availability, working capital, and sell-through.
• Reduce dead stock, improve inventory turns, and optimize holding costs.
3. Business & Input–Output Metrics
• Define and track key input metrics (traffic, conversion, ASP, AOV, CAC, repeat rate).
• Build dashboards and frameworks to measure business health.
• Identify growth levers and bottlenecks using data-driven insights.
4. Cross-Functional Leadership
• Partner with Marketing to align campaigns with revenue and inventory plans.
• Work with Category & Merchandising to build a winning product portfolio.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure timely replenishment and availability.
• Work with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and profitability planning.
5. E‑commerce Strategy & Optimization
• Deeply understand marketplace and D2C dynamics.
• Optimize pricing, promotions, and assortment across channels.
• Improve contribution margins through operational and commercial levers.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Deep understanding of E‑commerce business models (D2C + Marketplaces).
• Expertise in business planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Ability to interpret data and convert insights into business actions.
• Strong understanding of product portfolio, pricing, and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• High ownership, structured thinking, and a growth mindset.
Qualifications
• 4-8 years of experience in Growth, Planning, Revenue, Category, or Business Strategy roles.
• Experience in D2C, E‑commerce, Retail, or Consumer Brands preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools, and analytics platforms.
• Strong mindset of Automation and AI tools
