Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Growth (Performance Marketing), located in Mumbai. The Head of Growth will strategize and implement performance-driven marketing campaigns, focusing on customer acquisition and retention. Responsibilities include overseeing growth marketing initiatives, identifying innovative growth opportunities, managing and optimizing marketing channels, collaborating with sales and business development teams, and analyzing data to inform strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Experience and expertise in Growth Marketing, Growth Hacking, and implementing performance-driven strategies to scale business outcomes.
- Strong capabilities in Customer Acquisition and retention techniques, with a proven understanding of audience segmentation and channel optimization.
- Skills in Sales and Business Development, with a demonstrated ability to align marketing efforts with sales objectives to drive revenue.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimization.
- Leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in digital marketing tools and platforms, along with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
