Your Mission:
To lead the growth of Menu Tiger, a restaurant technology platform that helps food businesses improve ordering, customer experience, and daily operations.
You will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that drive awareness, qualified lead generation, trial signups, demo bookings, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic and hands-on growth marketer who understands the restaurant industry, knows how restaurant owners make decisions, and can translate product value into compelling campaigns that convert.
You will lead end-to-end growth initiatives across paid media, SEO, digital acquisition, conversion optimization, lifecycle marketing, landing pages, retargeting, and partnerships. You should be comfortable working with data, identifying market opportunities, testing campaigns, improving funnel performance, and finding the most effective ways to attract and convert restaurant businesses such as cafés, bars, full-service restaurants, and multi-location brands.
We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, performance-focused, proactive, analytical, and highly driven, with a clear understanding of what it takes to grow a restaurant-focused technology brand in a competitive market.
What You’ll Do:
1. Growth Strategy & Business Performance
- Lead the overall growth strategy for Menu Tiger, with clear ownership of awareness, acquisition, conversion, and revenue-driving initiatives.
- Develop and execute data-driven growth plans aligned with business goals, market opportunities, and customer demand.
- Identify the most effective growth levers, channels, and customer segments to improve pipeline, conversion, and revenue performance.
- Translate product features and business value into strong go-to-market strategies and customer-facing campaigns.
- Drive measurable growth across the full funnel, from first touchpoint to paying customer.
2. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
- Build and scale lead generation strategies that drive qualified pipeline, trial signups, demo bookings, and new customer opportunities.
- Create acquisition campaigns that attract restaurant operators, business owners, and decision-makers with strong purchase intent.
- Strengthen inbound demand generation efforts to improve both lead quality and lead volume.
- Develop campaigns tailored to restaurant businesses such as cafés, bars, full-service restaurants, cloud kitchens, and multi-location brands.
- Continuously optimize acquisition efforts to improve conversion and customer growth.
3. Paid Media & Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across channels such as Meta/Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Improve campaign performance through strong targeting, creative direction, bidding strategy, and budget allocation.
- Monitor paid media effectiveness closely and make data-driven adjustments to improve lead quality, conversion, and return on investment.
- Test and scale new audience strategies, campaign formats, and channel opportunities to support business growth.
- Ensure paid marketing efforts are directly tied to growth and revenue objectives.
4. SEO, Organic Growth & Website Performance
- Lead SEO strategies that improve search visibility, organic traffic, and inbound lead generation.
- Identify keyword opportunities based on restaurant customer behavior, search intent, and industry pain points.
- Optimize website content, site structure, and landing pages to improve discoverability and conversion.
- Strengthen organic growth efforts to support long-term brand authority and qualified pipeline generation.
- Monitor search performance and continuously improve organic traffic quality and lead contribution.
5. Funnel Optimization & Conversion Growth
- Own and improve the full customer journey from awareness to lead, trial, demo, and paying customer.
- Identify funnel drop-offs and performance gaps, then implement actions to improve conversion at every stage.
- Optimize landing pages, forms, calls to action, campaign flows, and user journeys to improve conversion performance.
- Improve retargeting, remarketing, and nurture strategies to bring back and convert high-intent prospects.
- Drive stronger lead-to-demo, trial-to-paid, and inquiry-to-customer conversion outcomes.
6. Restaurant Market Insights & Positioning
- Develop a strong understanding of restaurant industry pain points, customer behavior, and decision-making factors.
- Use market insight, competitor analysis, and campaign data to strengthen positioning and improve growth strategy.
- Build messaging that resonates with restaurant owners and operators by clearly addressing operational needs and business value.
- Position Menu Tiger as a practical and high-value solution for restaurant ordering, customer experience, and daily operations.
- Identify market opportunities that can help expand adoption across relevant restaurant segments.
7. Email Marketing, Retargeting & Lifecycle Growth
- Build and improve email marketing campaigns that support lead nurturing, trial activation, demo conversion, and re-engagement.
- Develop remarketing and retargeting strategies that improve customer acquisition efficiency.
- Create lifecycle campaigns that support movement across the funnel and improve conversion readiness.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve messaging, timing, and relevance based on engagement data.
- Ensure lifecycle and retargeting efforts contribute meaningfully to customer conversion and pipeline growth.
8. Landing Pages, Campaign Messaging & Offers
- Create and optimize landing pages designed to support acquisition campaigns, customer segments, and conversion goals.
- Develop compelling messaging, offers, and calls to action that clearly communicate Menu Tiger’s value to restaurant businesses.
- Ensure consistency across ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and other growth touchpoints.
- Test campaign angles, offers, headlines, and page content to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes.
- Strengthen the effectiveness of campaign messaging by aligning it with restaurant business needs and buying behavior.
9. Partnerships & Growth Opportunities
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships that can support lead generation, market reach, and customer acquisition.
- Explore collaboration opportunities with restaurant networks, hospitality communities, technology partners, and related industry groups.
- Evaluate co-marketing, referral, and channel opportunities that can strengthen growth and brand visibility.
- Use partnerships as part of a broader strategy to scale Menu Tiger’s reach and market presence.
10. Analytics, Reporting & Performance Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report on key growth metrics such as qualified leads, pipeline contribution, trial signups, demo bookings, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and revenue impact.
- Use performance data to evaluate channel effectiveness, identify gaps, and improve decision-making.
- Maintain a strong testing mindset by continuously experimenting with creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages, and acquisition strategies.
- Build clear insights that help prioritize high-impact initiatives and improve marketing efficiency.
- Ensure growth strategies are grounded in data, commercial performance, and measurable business outcomes.
11. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with leadership, sales, product, creatives, and other teams to align growth initiatives with business priorities.
- Support commercial goals by improving lead quality, acquisition efficiency, and conversion readiness.
- Collaborate on campaign execution, messaging direction, market feedback, and funnel improvements.
- Ensure growth initiatives are executed effectively, with strong follow-through and accountability.
- Contribute both strategically and operationally, with the ability to lead direction while staying hands-on when needed.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience marketing to or selling into the US market is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, or customer acquisition.
- Proven experience in restaurant tech, hospitality SaaS, food service marketing, POS, online ordering, or restaurant operations solutions.
- Strong background in lead generation, SEO, paid media, conversion optimization, and digital acquisition strategies.
- Proven ability to grow pipelines, improve customer conversion, and support revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of restaurant customer behavior, restaurant owner decision-making, and industry pain points.
- Hands-on experience in Meta/Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, retargeting, landing pages, and partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, test campaigns, and improve funnel performance.
- Ability to turn product features into strong value propositions that resonate with restaurant operators.
