Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Head of Growth & Marketing (Founding Team). The candidate will be responsible for driving growth, acquiring customers, developing marketing strategies, and identifying and executing growth opportunities. Responsibilities include overseeing and implementing growth marketing campaigns, creating and managing customer acquisition funnels, spearheading sales initiatives, and fostering strategic business development partnerships. The role also involves using innovative and scalable techniques to accelerate company expansion.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking strategies to optimize performance and drive sustainable growth.
- Proven ability in Customer Acquisition to develop strategies for market penetration and audience engagement.
- Strong experience in Sales and Business Development with a focus on building and managing strategic relationships.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Experience in tech-driven industries or technology startups is preferred.
