Talasha has been mandated to hire a Head of Ecommerce Growth Marketing for a luxury, vegan skincare brand that merges traditional Ayurvedic ingredients with modern green science. The Brand manufactures its products in India & France and sells exclusively in the US & UK via its ecommerce website and premium e-marketplaces such as Amazon Global, Bloomingdale, etc. This is a leadership role where the main focus will be to grow e-commerce through the company website in the US
Responsibilities -
- Drive the brand’s digital growth engine end-to-end, across e-commerce, performance marketing, CRM, and digital operations in the USA & UK. Deliver consistent growth and efficiency in marketing & sales through strategic planning and optimization.
- Responsible for setting revenue strategy and driving outcomes while staying close to execution - ensuring that the fundamentals across the website,customer lifecycle, and digital channels are running seamlessly.
- Develop Go-To-Market strategy for the ecommerce business in international premium markets with the objective of increasing brands market share & achieving customer acquisition at low CAC
- Build & own a robust performance marketing strategy for D2C website sales growth across geographies- leveraging meta & google ad campaign strategies to drive conversions
- Deliver the ROI/ROAS targets & own the performance marketing P&L. Analyse CAC, ROAS, and conversion funnels periodically to identify growth opportunities.
- CRM & Digital Funnel Optimisation -Leverage automation, CRM tools, and analytics to optimize marketing efforts. Build an efficient & automated digital funnel for consumer journeys
- Conduct A/B tests, measure results, and implement learnings. Build dashboards to track campaign performance
- Lead pricing and promotional strategy -Oversee discounts, bundles, and influencer codes. Ensure consistency across channels
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals.
- Oversee marketplace presence on premium e-marketplaces such as Amazon, Bloomingdale’s etc. Ensure brand consistency and execution
- Ensure smooth order flow and customer experience. Resolve gaps in automation, working with internal teams to streamline fulfilment
Good to Have -
- 10 to 15+ years of experience in performance marketing and e-commerce growth strategies, preferably should have had a P&L responsibility
- Prior Experience working with premium international brands with presence in international ecommerce markets (USA, UK primarily)
- Experience with google & meta performance marketing, Shopify & CRM tools
CTC - Upto Rs.55-65 LPA (Basis last drawn)
