Zudu AI is an enterprise voice AI platform powering millions of automated conversations across 70+ languages for companies like TVS Mobility, Kaspersky, and Aarthi Scans. Our stack replaces legacy IVRs and human-heavy call centers with AI voice agents that sound natural, respond in under a second, and work 24/7.
We're hiring our first dedicated marketing leader to own the full growth engine: Traffic → Leads → Demos → Revenue.
This is a high-ownership, early-stage role. You'll report directly to the CEO, have real budget to deploy, and build the marketing function from the ground up.
What You'll Own
1. Positioning & Brand Define how Zudu AI shows up in the market. Build a sharp, differentiated narrative around enterprise voice AI, not generic "AI company" messaging. Own the brand voice across website, social, ads, and sales collateral. Use AI tools aggressively for content production at scale.
2. Paid Acquisition & Performance Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. Own CAC, CPL, and ROAS targets. You'll have real ad budget and full autonomy to allocate it. Experience running campaigns for B2B/SaaS with deal sizes of $10K-$100K+ is critical.
3. SEO & Inbound Engine Build a scalable organic growth machine. We already have 40+ industry-specific landing pages and a programmatic SEO foundation. You'll take this further with content clustering, competitive comparison pages, thought leadership, and AI-assisted content workflows.
4. Demand Gen & Funnel Design and run multi-channel campaigns (email sequences, LinkedIn outreach support, retargeting, WhatsApp). Set up marketing automation and lifecycle journeys. Optimize every step from first touch to demo booked. Integrate tightly with our sales motion and CRM.
What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years in B2B SaaS growth/performance marketing. AI, cloud, or enterprise tech background strongly preferred.
- Hands-on operator. You run campaigns yourself, not just manage agencies.
- Strong with paid ads (Google/LinkedIn), SEO, and funnel analytics.
- Fluent with AI tools for content, research, and workflow automation. We don't just sell AI, we use it internally everywhere.
- Analytical. You make decisions from data, run experiments fast, and kill what doesn't work.
- Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team where you'll build systems from scratch.
