Role Description
This is a *high-impact leadership position* with end-to-end ownership of market expansion, vendor ecosystems, and city-level performance. You will combine strategy with execution to build and scale Wizzride’s presence across multiple geographies.
Qualifications
✅ 5–10 years of experience in mobility, travel, logistics, or hyperlocal marketplaces
✅ Proven success in city expansion, business development, or on-ground growth
✅ Strong leadership and negotiation skills with a track record of closing partnerships
✅ Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
✅ Comfort with field execution and frequent travel
✅ Multilingual ability (Hindi, Bengali, Nepali, English) is a strong advantage
What You’ll Own
🗺️ Launch and scale new cities and routes with full P&L ownership
🤝 Build and strengthen partnerships with hotels, travel agents, and local businesses
🚐 Develop and scale vendor networks (drivers, fleet owners, booking agents)
📍 Establish booking counters at key demand hubs (airports, railway stations, tourist locations)
📈 Drive city-level revenue, growth, and profitability metrics
👥 Hire, lead, and scale on-ground teams
🧩 Build repeatable playbooks for city launches and expansion
Compensation
💰 (₹30,000 – ₹50,000)+incentives per month (depending on experience)
