A fast-scaling organisation in the Banking, Financial Services & Fintech (BFSI/Fintech) sector focused on digital lending, payments, and embedded finance products across India and APAC. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, revenue operations and compliance, driving scalable acquisition, activation and monetization engines for both B2C and B2B financial products.
Primary job title: Head of Growth – Fintech / BFSI
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end multi-channel growth strategy (acquisition ➜ activation ➜ monetization ➜ retention) for core financial products and new GTM launches.
- Lead performance marketing across paid & organic channels (SEM, social, programmatic, affiliates), optimizing CAC, ROAS and conversion funnels.
- Design, run and scale data-driven growth experiments (A/B tests, pricing, onboarding flows) to improve conversion rates and LTV.
- Build and operate CRM and marketing-automation workflows (lead scoring, lifecycle campaigns, reactivation) to increase activation and retention.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Risk & Compliance to align GTM, pricing, onboarding and regulatory requirements for target markets.
- Recruit, mentor and lead a distributed growth team; implement KPI dashboards, attribution models and executive reporting to measure impact.

Qualifications (role Expectations)
- Proven track record leading growth for BFSI or Fintech products (revenue- or KPIs-driven role).
- Hands-on experience with performance channels, CRM platforms and experimentation frameworks.
- Strong analytical orientation—comfortable with funnel metrics, cohort analysis, LTV/CAC optimization and executive reporting.
