We are scaling across D2C, marketplaces, retail (GT/MT), and HORECA, with a vision to build a multi-channel and global consumer brand.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Head of Growth & Business with 15+ years of experience to lead and scale Salt Oral Care’s end-to-end revenue and growth across all channels.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving business performance across digital, offline distribution, institutional sales, and international expansion.
You will work closely with the founder and act as a revenue owner, ensuring strong execution, strategic decision-making, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and drive overall revenue and business growth across all channels
• Build and execute a multi-channel growth strategy (D2C, marketplaces, GT/MT, HORECA)
• Lead and manage:
– Growth Manager (D2C & performance marketing)
– GT/MT Manager (retail distribution)
– HORECA Manager (institutional sales)
• Take strategic decisions on budget allocation, channel investments, and growth priorities
• Optimize CAC, ROAS, LTV, and overall business profitability
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchase
• Scale retail distribution and HORECA partnerships
• Explore and lead international expansion (exports, global marketplaces, new markets)
• Identify new growth levers (pricing, bundling, partnerships, new channels)
• Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams for execution
• Build systems, dashboards, and processes to track performance and improve efficiency
Key Metrics /KRA
• Overall revenue growth and channel contribution
• CAC, ROAS & LTV optimisation
• Repeat purchase rate & retention
• Distribution expansion (GT/MT & HORECA)
• International growth initiatives
• Profitability and efficiency of growth investments
Key Requirements
• 15+ years experience in growth / business / revenue leadership roles
• Strong background in D2C / FMCG / consumer brands
• Experience in oral care, healthcare, skincare, cosmetics, food & beverages, or related categories
• Proven track record of scaling revenue across multiple channels
• Strong understanding of performance marketing + offline distribution + B2B sales
• Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams
• Ability to take strategic and data-driven business decisions
Good to have
• Experience scaling brands from ₹1 Cr to ₹5–10 Cr+ monthly revenue
• Exposure to international markets / exports / global expansion
• Experience in premium or luxury consumer brands
