Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact Head of Growth & Marketing who can take complete ownership of the company’s growth engine. This is a leadership + execution role for someone who can build, scale, and optimize multi channel marketing systems, while also driving outbound growth, partnerships, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will not only lead the marketing function but also supervise team leads, align marketing with sales outcomes, and build scalable acquisition channels beyond paid ads.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Leadership:
• Define and execute a full-funnel growth strategy (awareness → acquisition → conversion → retention)
• Own key metrics: lead quality, CAC, conversion rates, ROI
• Build scalable systems for consistent inbound and outbound lead generation
• Supervise team leads and ensure alignment across all marketing functions
Performance & Digital Marketing
Lead and optimize campaigns across:
• SEO & organic growth
• Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels
• Continuously improve funnel efficiency and conversion rates
• Ensure marketing efforts translate into qualified business opportunities
Outbound & Demand Generation
• Build and scale outbound marketing engines, including:
• Email marketing campaigns
• LinkedIn outreach & automation
• Cold outreach strategies
• Create structured outbound pipelines for predictable lead flow
• Reduce dependency on paid ads by strengthening outbound channels
Partnerships, Collaborations & Brand Growth
• Identify and execute strategic partnerships and barter collaborations
• Build relationships with:
• Business communities
• Startup ecosystems
• Immigration and relocation networks
• Drive co-marketing initiatives to expand reach and credibility
Content, Video & Campaign Management
• Lead content-driven marketing strategy, including:
• Website, blogs, and landing pages
• High-conversion campaigns
• Drive video-first marketing initiatives (campaign shoots, reels, educational content)
• Ensure all content aligns with brand positioning and lead generation goals
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Lead, mentor, and scale the marketing team and team leads
• Work closely with sales and business development teams
• Establish clear processes, reporting structures, and performance tracking systems
Analytics & Optimization
• Track performance across all channels using data-driven insights
• Optimize campaigns for ROI, attribution, and efficiency
• Continuously experiment and scale high-performing channels
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong expertise in:
• SEO and organic growth
• Performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Outbound marketing & lead generation systems
• Deep understanding of B2B service funnels and conversion optimization
Proven experience in:
• Global mobility, immigration, or consulting domains
• Business incorporation and international expansion services
Hands-on experience with:
• Partnerships, barter deals, and collaborations
• Video marketing and campaign execution
• Ability to manage multi-channel acquisition strategies beyond paid ads
Candidate Profile
6+ years of experience in growth/marketing leadership roles
Experience in:
• Relocation of entrepreneurs to European markets
• Immigration, company setup, or consulting services
• Strong execution mindset — can move from strategy to action quickly
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proven ability to manage teams, scale systems, and drive revenue growth
