Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Growth, located in Surat. The Head of Growth will spearhead customer acquisition, partnerships, and business development strategies to drive the company’s expansion goals and enhance overall growth. Responsibilities will include identifying and executing growth opportunities, leading marketing initiatives, formulating and implementing growth tactics, optimizing sales funnels, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated growth strategies. This role requires a high level of strategic thinking and operational execution to align measurable outcomes with the company’s long-term goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Growth Marketing, Growth Hacking, and implementing data-driven strategies to boost business performance
- Strong skills in Customer Acquisition and Sales, with a proven history of improving conversion rates and lead generation
- Proficiency in Business Development and Partnership Management to extend market reach and increase revenue streams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to make data-informed decisions
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; advanced degrees are a plus
- Experience in the digital marketing and branding industry is highly advantageous
