Role: Growth Intern (6-Month Internship → Full-Time Opportunity)This is a 6-month full-time internship for the role of Growth Intern, based in Singarayakonda (Hybrid Mode) with partial remote flexibility.
During this internship, you will work directly with the core team to drive growth, customer acquisition, and business expansion strategies.
👉 Important Note:
- This is a complete 6-month internship program
- Based on your performance, you will be considered for a full-time role (Head of Growth / Growth Lead track)
- CTC and full-time compensation will be discussed after successful completion of the internship
What You Will Be Doing- Assist in customer acquisition strategies to onboard mechanics, vendors, and partners
- Identify and execute business development opportunities in local and digital markets
- Support in designing and running growth marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Work on ground-level execution (market visits, vendor onboarding, relationship building)
- Analyze data and metrics to improve conversion rates and user engagement
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to optimize user experience and logistics flow
- Experiment with growth hacking strategies to scale faster
- Support sales initiatives and partnerships to expand MecSpot’s reach
What We Are Looking For- Strong interest in Startups, Growth, and Business Building
- Basic understanding of marketing, sales, or business development
- Willingness to work both on-field and remotely
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
- Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (Not Mandatory)- Exposure to growth marketing / digital marketing tools
- Interest or experience in e-commerce, logistics, or tech platforms
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
