Head of Growth - Holler Labs | Remote | Commission-based
We're a small AI studio. We partner with founders and operators to build AI agents and workflows that solve real problems in their business.
We're looking for one person to own our growth.
Not someone who makes decks about getting clients. Someone who actually gets them. Channel, strategy, execution - all yours to define and run.
What you'll do — Build and run outreach across whatever channels work — Find the right people and get in front of them - Write messaging that doesn't sound like everyone else's — Book discovery calls and keep the pipeline moving
Who we're looking for - Done outreach before and know what good looks like — Self-directed, no hand-holding needed - Thinks in experiments, not just tasks — Would rather bet on themselves than wait for a salary
Compensation 15-20% commission on every deal you bring in. No cap. Our projects start at $3K–$5K with ongoing retainers after that. We're pre-revenue and being upfront about it - the upside is real for the right person.
