On behalf of our clientm we’re looking for a growth‑driven professional who understands how agencies operate and loves building relationships, winning business, and creating momentum.
You’ll work directly with the Founder to expand the business, strengthen partnerships, support pitches, and bring structure to new opportunities.

Responsibilities
Business Growth- Identify and develop new client opportunities across relevant sectors
- Build strong relationships with founders, marketers, and key decision‑makers
- Lead outreach efforts and drive new business conversations
- Convert leads into retainers, projects, and long‑term partnerships
Pitching & Proposals- Understand client needs and recommend the right solutions
- Support pitch preparation, proposal development, and presentation delivery
Partnerships & Network Building- Build strategic partnerships that unlock growth opportunities
- Expand the agency’s network across brands, communities, and ecosystems
Internal Coordination- Streamline internal processes to improve day‑to‑day efficiency
- Assist in managing priorities and ensuring smooth execution across teams
Ideal Candidate
- 4–7 years of experience in agency, business development, partnerships, client servicing, or marketing
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Solid understanding of agency workflows and client expectations
- Commercial mindset with strong problem‑solving ability
- Organised, dependable, proactive, and execution‑focused
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
