Senior Manager – Growth & Marketing

Reports to: Founder
Bambinos.live runs live, small-group classes for children ages 4 to 15 across India, serving around 8,000 students. We also build Zing, a school operations analytics platform for K-12 schools in India. This role owns growth across both. One side, a consumer tutoring service driven by demos, retention, and word of mouth. The other, a B2B SaaS product driven by pipeline, product-led adoption, and account expansion. You set strategy, run the playbooks, and own the number for both.
What You Will Own
- A single, blended growth target across the company
- End-to-end new student acquisition for Bambinos, from lead to paid enrollment
- Retention, referrals, and lifetime value for Bambinos
- Zing revenue pipeline: qualified demos and conversion to paid schools
- Product-led adoption for Zing, including activation and seat expansion
- Marketing budget allocation and blended CAC across both businesses
Key Responsibilities (Across Both Businesses)
- Define the overall growth strategy and quarterly plans for Bambinos Tutoring and Zing
- Own attribution, tracking, and reporting using UTMs and Metabase dashboards
- Set CAC, payback, and ROAS targets by channel; reallocate spend on a weekly basis
- Run structured experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and decision rules
- Build and lead a lean, high-impact marketing and growth team over time
- Scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and emerging channels
- Improve the demo-to-enrollment funnel in collaboration with sales and operations
- Build referral and retention loops to drive repeat enrollment
- Own content, WhatsApp, and organic growth channels that compound over time
- Localize positioning for parents across regions and pricing tiers
Bambinos Tutoring (B2C)
- Scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and new channels
- Optimize the demo-to-enrollment funnel with sales and ops teams
- Build referral and retention loops to increase repeat enrollments
- Own content, WhatsApp, and organic channels for compounding growth
- Tailor positioning for parents across geographies and price points
Zing Platform (B2B + PLG)
- Build and scale pipeline targeting K-12 school decision-makers
- Design and execute a product-led growth motion: trial, activation, and self-serve expansion
- Test and refine pricing, including a three-tier flat-plus-seat model
- Set up demo flows, onboarding journeys, and nurture sequences through to paid conversion
- Partner closely with product on activation metrics and key growth levers
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing with ownership of a revenue or acquisition target
- Hands-on experience scaling paid acquisition on Meta and Google, with direct ownership of analysis and optimization
- Experience across consumer and B2B SaaS motions, or a proven ability to ramp quickly into the second
- Strong analytical skills across funnels, cohorts, attribution, and BI tools such as Metabase (SQL a plus)
- A builder mindset—someone who ships campaigns and systems, not just manages agencies
- Clear, effective writing and strong judgment on positioning and messaging
Nice to Have
- Experience in edtech, K-12, or parent-facing products
- Prior exposure to product-led growth within a SaaS environment
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and lifecycle tools
