Growth Lead - Horocosmo App
Horocosmo is building a real-time consumer astrology platform focused on chat, voice consultations, personalized journeys, and transaction-heavy monetization systems.
We are hiring a Growth Lead to own user growth, funnel performance, activation, retention collaboration, and revenue-focused scaling for the platform.
This is not a campaign-operator role.
This is not a vanity-metrics role.
We want someone who understands how to drive high-quality installs, improve activation, sharpen conversion, work closely with product and CRM, and scale growth in a way that improves revenue and LTV, not just top-line app downloads.
The ideal candidate understands both performance marketing and growth systems. They should be comfortable working across paid acquisition, app growth, funnel optimization, attribution, creative testing, cohort performance, and re-engagement.
What you will own
- User acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, app campaigns, and other scalable channels
- Growth funnel from install to signup to first consultation to repeat monetization
- CAC efficiency, activation rate, conversion rate, recharge conversion, and LTV improvement
- Creative testing and channel experimentation in partnership with content and design teams
- Attribution clarity, cohort tracking, and channel quality analysis
- Partnership with product, CRM, data, and operations teams to improve growth economics
Key responsibilities
1. User acquisition and scale
- Build and run paid growth strategy across app install and performance channels
- Improve quality of acquisition, not just volume of installs
- Identify the best-performing audiences, campaign structures, creatives, and landing flows
- Scale channels with strong control over CAC, retention quality, and revenue output
2. Funnel optimization
- Own the install to registration to activation to first consultation funnel
- Identify leaks across onboarding, app store promise, signup flow, astrologer discovery, recharge, and consultation initiation
- Work closely with product and design teams to improve conversion rates across the growth funnel
- Ensure growth traffic lands into product experiences that convert
3. Monetization and revenue growth
- Improve first transaction rate, recharge conversion, consultation conversion, and repeat monetization
- Align acquisition strategy with LTV and downstream revenue quality
- Work with CRM and lifecycle teams to improve retention and re-engagement economics
- Focus on profitable growth, not low-quality scale
4. Experimentation and creative strategy
- Build strong testing systems for creatives, hooks, landing pages, audience segments, offers, and app store assets
- Work closely with content, design, and founders to create high-converting ad and growth creatives
- Drive fast experimentation with clear hypotheses and business-focused learning loops
- Improve creative hit rate and reduce wasted spend
5. Analytics, attribution, and decision-making
- Track CAC, activation, retention, funnel conversion, ROAS quality, payback logic, and LTV by cohort
- Improve attribution quality and channel-level visibility in partnership with data and tech teams
- Build weekly growth reviews with clear action points and performance insights
- Use data to decide what to scale, fix, cut, or test next
6. Cross-functional growth leadership
- Work closely with product, CRM, tech, design, customer support, and operations teams
- Translate growth insights into product changes, lifecycle campaigns, and operational improvements
- Ensure acquisition and retention are aligned instead of working in silos
- Help build a scalable growth system for Horocosmo, not just campaigns
What we need
- 5 to 10+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, app growth, or digital acquisition roles
- Proven experience scaling consumer apps, D2C, marketplaces, fintech, edtech, service platforms, or similar digital businesses
- Strong understanding of app install campaigns, paid acquisition, funnel analytics, and conversion optimization
- Experience with Meta, Google, YouTube, app campaign structures, attribution, and performance measurement
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, retention quality, cohort analysis, and growth economics
- Experience working closely with product, CRM, analytics, design, and content teams
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect growth data to business action
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership and accountability
Preferred
- Experience in mobile-first products with monetization or wallet/recharge flows
- Experience in app growth, marketplace growth, consultation platforms, or transaction-heavy consumer businesses
- Exposure to re-engagement, lifecycle collaboration, push/WhatsApp journeys, or repeat monetization systems
- Strong understanding of app store optimization, creative testing, and landing page conversion
- Experience in 0 to 1 or 1 to 10 growth scaling environments
- Founder-facing communication and strong execution discipline
