The Opportunity
This is not a traditional sales role.
We’re looking for someone who can build and run a revenue engine for Altiora.
You should have deep experience in selling digital / technology services, strong industry relationships, and a track record of consistently closing meaningful deals.
You will work directly with leadership to scale Altiora’s client acquisition, partnerships, and overall revenue growth.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Building and leading Altiora’s sales and revenue strategy
• Developing a predictable pipeline for high-value clients
• Closing mid-market and enterprise digital services deals
• Leading and mentoring sales executives and junior business development professionals
• Structuring scalable outbound and inbound sales processes
• Creating strong client relationships with founders, CMOs, and decision-makers
• Developing partnerships, referral networks, and strategic alliances
• Working closely with marketing and strategy teams to turn opportunities into long-term clients
• Continuously optimizing the sales funnel, deal size, and conversion rates
What We’re Looking For
• 8+ years of experience in sales or revenue leadership within digital agencies, IT services, or technology companies
• Proven track record of closing high-ticket service deals and driving consistent revenue growth
• Experience selling services like web development, app development, seo, performance marketing, and digital transformation solutions
• Strong ability to build and manage sales teams
• Experience creating structured sales systems, pipelines, and CRM processes
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to operate both as a strategic leader and a hands-on deal closer
