We’re looking for a high-ownership, data-driven leader to scale our aggregator business across Swiggy and Zomato.
This is a critical role where you will own the aggregator P&L, drive growth, improve margins, and build a strong execution engine across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own end-to-end performance & P&L for aggregator channels
* Drive growth across revenue, visibility, conversion, and AOV
* Lead commercial negotiations with platforms
* Plan and execute ads, promotions, and pricing strategies
* Ensure strong catalog hygiene and conversion optimization
* Lead new store launches and scale performance
* Build and manage the aggregator operations team
* Leverage AI and data tools to improve efficiency and unlock deeper insights
What We’re Looking For:
* 5–10+ years in growth, marketplace, or food-tech roles
* Hands-on experience managing Swiggy/Zomato (or similar platforms)
* Strong analytical and commercial acumen
* Proven ability to scale growth while maintaining profitability
* Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments
* Comfort with AI-driven workflows and data-led decision-making
Salary Range: 50k to 70k
