Key Responsibilities
- Engage with key stakeholders across central and state governments (e.g., PMO, MeitY, MNRE, MoCI, MoF, NITI Aayog, State CMOs, Indian/Taiwanese Embassies, etc.)
- Shape upcoming government policies and advocate Foxconn's business and strategic interests
- Represent Foxconn India in key government forums, policy consultations, and high-level meetings
- Anticipate and mitigate policy and regulatory risks basis global trends, and manage crisis resolution
- Actively collaborate with other HQ verticals and business entities for “One Foxconn” view
- Standardize key activities including periodic engagement calendar, action items tracking, stakeholder mapping, and others
- Lead 'Government Relations' team; including conducting team members' internal reviews, KPI tracking, performance appraisals, and capability building
Preferred Experience
- Industry Experience: Extensive experience (20+ years) in corporate affairs / public policy / government relations roles for a large organization in India.
- Academic Background: Master's degree, preferably in Public Policy / Business Management.
- Sector Expertise: Prior experience in industries requiring government incentives like electronics manufacturing, energy, & others.
