Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abroad for a Head of Global Operations. The position involves overseeing daily operations, driving operational excellence, managing budgets, developing strategic initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams. The Head of Global Operations will ensure the alignment of operational processes with organizational goals, foster a culture of efficiency, and ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations. Providing leadership in financial management and process optimization will also be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Operations Management and Operational Excellence
- Proven experience in Team Leadership and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively
- Solid background in Financial Analysis and Management
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for data-driven decision making and strategic planning
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage
