Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include but not are limited to:
Strategic leadership
- Define the vision and multi‑year roadmap for FAI aligned with corporate and portfolio priorities
- Drive synergies across FAI teams, identifying and implementing innovative solutions that enhance speed, scalability, and decision impact.
- Lead and institutionalize a best‑in‑class global forecasting capability, driving standardization, improving accuracy, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement supported by industry‑leading practices and advanced technologies.
- Establish and scale an AI‑enabled competitive intelligence capability that enables early signal detection, anticipates competitor shifts, and proactively informs stakeholders
- Collaborate with global and regional market access teams to streamline market access deliverables for launches
- Partner with regional and country teams and explore opportunities to drive centralized support to HEOR, pricing and tendering activities
Team Management and functional execution
- Lead a team of 50+ associates including team leads and group heads to ensure FAI deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, scientific rigor, and accuracy.
- Own global forecasting standards and the competitive intelligence operating model to ensure consistency, speed, and scale
- Build and shape team capabilities as per the emerging needs and develop a strong talent pipeline
- Collaborate within GCO to drive synergies and integrated delivery, partner with CCO Process & Operations to streamline and improve end‑to‑end processes, and work with global, regional, and country teams to enable adoption of standardized processes and best practices
What You'll Bring To The Role
- Advanced degree in Management, Statistics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline
- 15+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare organizations and/or health care consulting companies of which 5+ years is a leadership experience across one of the following Forecasting, Market Access, Pricing, HEOR, Analytics, or Brand Strategy
- Experience working with generics and/or biosimilars is a plus
- Prior exposure to projects involving institutionalizing AI at scale is a plus
Skills And Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of the industry, including market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
- Ability to work and lead a cross-functional team in a matrix environment. Strong process/project management skills.
- Proven leadership experience (people management and project management)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
