Hiring: Head of Finance | Leading Venture Capital Fund (Vietnam)
Full-Time- Remote (Working hours - 8AM- 5PM IST)
A well-funded Southeast Asia-focused Venture Capital firm with a portfolio of 100+ high-growth startups, including unicorns and category leaders across AI, FinTech, EdTech, and Blockchain, is looking for a seasoned finance leader to join its leadership team.
📍 Location: India (Remote initially)
🌏 Potential relocation to Vietnam after 5–6 months.
⚡ Preference: Immediate Joiners / Candidates available within 2 weeks
What we're looking for:
✔ 8+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Fund Operations, PE/VC, Asset Management, Fund Administration, or Financial Controllership
✔ Strong expertise in financial planning, audits, LP reporting, investor reporting, capital calls, distributions, cash flow management, and financial controls
✔ Experience working with senior leadership, investors, auditors, and external stakeholders
✔ Ability to build scalable financial systems and drive strategic decision-making
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
