Hiring: Head of Finance | Gurgaon
We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to join a leading organization based in Gurgaon.
Key Requirements:
- A qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) is mandatory.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, Controllership, Compliance, Taxation, Treasury, MIS, and Business Finance.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end finance functions and driving business performance.
- Candidates from the Footwear Industry or owner-driven manufacturing organizations will be highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making skills.
Location: Gurgaon
CTC: Up to ₹70 LPA (based on experience and current compensation)
