🚨 Hiring | Head of Finance / Deputy CFO 🚨 📍 Location: Bahadurgarh (Gurgaon Region) 🏭 Industry: Footwear Manufacturing 💰 Compensation: Up to ₹75 Lacs per annum
We are working with a growing footwear manufacturing company based out of Bahadurgarh to hire a Head of Finance / Deputy CFO.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands manufacturing finance deeply and can partner closely with the business to drive performance.
✅ What we’re looking for:
Strong manufacturing finance experience (non-negotiable)
Exposure to retail business is a big advantage
Footwear / similar industry experience preferred
Proven leadership in finance roles (CFO-1 / Head Finance level)
Someone based in or willing to commute to Bahadurgarh
