Hiring: Regional Finance Manager – Resort Finance
Locations: Corporate Office – Chennai & Regional Office – Gurugram (2 Positions)

Qualification: CA / Post Graduate Degree in Finance
We are seeking an experienced Regional Finance Manager to lead finance operations across resort properties, ensuring strong financial governance, business profitability, compliance, and operational efficiency. The role involves financial planning, MIS reporting, business controlling, profitability analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic finance support for existing and upcoming resort projects.
The candidate will partner with regional leadership and resort operations teams to drive performance improvements, monitor financial controls, manage audits, ensure GST and policy compliance, oversee Capex planning, ROI analysis, and project feasibility for expansion initiatives.
The role also includes stakeholder management, financial reconciliations, mentoring finance teams, and driving capability development across locations.
- Candidates with hospitality, resort, or multi-unit business finance experience and strong commercial acumen will be preferred. Immediate joiners or short notice candidates are welcome.
