About the Role
As Tint Tone and Shade continues to expand across key markets, we are looking for a seasoned Finance Professional to strengthen our finance function and support business growth through effective financial planning and control.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports to support decision-making
- Manage cash flow and ensure optimal fund utilization
- Oversee vendor payments and control project-related costs
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors and internal leadership teams
- Monitor financial performance across multiple projects and locations
Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- CA Qualified or CA Attempted
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in the Interior Design or similar project-based industry
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of project-based accounting
- Hands-on experience in managing interior/design project finances
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
