Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Mumbai, India, for the role of Head of Finance. The individual will oversee the company's financial operations, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgeting, and strategic financial planning. Responsibilities include reviewing and monitoring financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing leadership in financial reporting and analytics. Additionally, the Head of Finance will work closely with leadership to support decision-making and ensure the company's financial sustainability and growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in interpreting and analyzing financial data
- Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and strategic financial planning
- Ability to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Leadership skills with experience in managing financial teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA in Finance preferred)
- Professional certifications like CPA, CFA, or CA are a plus
- Experience in supply chain, sales, or distribution industries is advantageous
