Job Title: Head of Finance

Location: Noida

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Remuneration:- 18 Lacs - 30 lacs

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Finance to lead and manage the entire finance function of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial operations, compliance, reporting, and strategic financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end finance and accounts function
• Ensure monthly book closing in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare and present Monthly MIS reports and reconciliations
• Manage Direct and Indirect Taxation (GST, Income Tax, etc.)
• Handle Banking operations and Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
• Lead and coordinate Statutory Audits and Tax Audits
• Supervise Accounts Payable and Treasury functions
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
• Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities

Key Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
• Strong knowledge of taxation, audits, and financial reporting
• Experience in handling end-to-end finance operations independently
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
