Role Description
The Head of Finance will oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring fiscal health and offering strategic financial guidance. This full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru involves managing financial statements, financial reporting, budgeting, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth. The incumbent will lead the finance team and collaborate with other departments to ensure the alignment of financial strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Proven proficiency in Budgeting and overall Finance Management
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and inform decision-making
- Ability to develop and implement efficient financial strategies and processes
- Experience in leading and managing finance teams effectively
- Knowledge of aviation or technology sectors is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced qualifications such as an MBA or CPA are preferred
