We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Finance Head to lead and strengthen our financial operations while supporting our mission of delivering quality education.
📍 Location: Calicut
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee accounting, taxation, compliance, and audit processes
• Develop and implement financial strategies for sustainable growth
• Monitor cash flow, financial reporting, and cost optimization
• Support management in strategic decision-making and business planning
• Ensure financial controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance
🔹 What We Are Looking For:
☑️ 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles
☑️ CA / CMA / MBA in Finance from a recognized institution
☑️ Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills
☑️ Excellent communication and team management abilities
☑️ Experience in educational institutions will be an added advantage
