Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for the Head of Finance position. The Head of Finance will lead the financial strategy, oversee budgeting, prepare and analyze financial reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. In addition to managing financial forecasting and risk assessment, the role involves providing actionable insights for management decision-making and supervising the finance team to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance management
- Proven experience in Budgeting and financial planning
- Leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency in financial tools and software
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are highly desirable
- Experience in real estate or sustainable industries is a plus
