The Finance Manager will be a key leader in the organization, driving all financial activities at a group level.This role requires a professional with a strong background in finance, costing, and accounting, with the ability to lead a team, monitor controls, and manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will also have extensive experience with ERP systems, financial compliance and launch of initial public offer.
Key Responsibilities
• Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee all financial management, including costing and accounting activities. Manage and monitor internal controls to ensure financial integrity and accuracy. Prepare and deliver timely monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial reports.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process across the group, working with department heads to establish realistic targets and monitor performance.
• Group-Level Finance: Drive and oversee all finance activities at the group level, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals and profitability.
• ERP Systems: Act as a subject matter expert for the company's ERP system, supporting its implementation, maintenance, and optimization.
• Compliance & Public Offers: Ensure full compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws. Manage financial aspects related to any public offers, demonstrating exposure to this area.
Qualifications & Experience
• CA or ICWA similar professional qualification is preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, with significant experience in a leadership role. Has experience of working in Oman / UAE.
• Proven track record of managing a finance team and driving financial performance.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems, preferably with experience in implementation and maintenance.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi; exposure to Arabic will be added advantage
