Role Description:-
The Head of Finance will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust budgeting processes, and effective cash flow management for Om Roadlines. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, monitoring expenses and revenues, preparing monthly and annual reports, and providing financial insights to support strategic decisions. The role will also involve establishing internal controls, coordinating with external auditors, overseeing tax and regulatory compliance, and supporting pricing and investment decisions for logistics and equipment operations. The Head of Finance will collaborate closely with senior leadership and operational teams to align financial plans with business goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.
Qualifications:-
- Candidates should possess strong Finance expertise, including experience managing overall financial operations and strategy.
- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely management information.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to plan, control, and optimize costs and investments.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification.
- Experience leading a finance function, preferably in logistics, transportation, or industrial services, and familiarity with statutory and tax regulations.
- Proficiency with financial software and Excel, strong attention to detail, and the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership, integrity, and the ability to work on-site in Bhiwadi , Rajasthan in close coordination with operations and management teams.
