We're looking for a Head of Finance who can think strategically, execute confidently, and build a finance function that scales with the company.
What You'll Do
📈 Strategic Leadership
- Partner directly with the Co-founders to shape financial strategy and business growth.
- Drive long-term financial planning and support key business decisions.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and financial ownership.
💰 Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and annual planning.
- Build MIS reports and dashboards that enable data-driven decisions.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, profitability, and business performance.
📑 Accounting & Compliance
- Oversee accounting operations, statutory reporting, and financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Companies Act, and other regulations.
- Strengthen governance, internal audits, and risk management processes.
🤝 Investor & Stakeholder Management
- Support fundraising initiatives and investor due diligence.
- Prepare investor reports and board presentations.
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
⚙️ Process Excellence
- Build scalable finance processes and automation.
- Improve operational efficiency and cost optimization.
- Establish policies and financial controls that support rapid growth.
What We're Looking For
- CA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Experience in startups, healthcare, e-commerce, or high-growth businesses is preferred.
- Strong expertise in:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Accounting & Compliance
- Fundraising & Investor Relations
- Financial Governance
- Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
- Experience working with investors, auditors, and regulatory frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, financial modeling, and Advanced Excel.
