Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jaipur for the role of Head of Finance. The Head of Finance will oversee financial operations, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They will be actively involved in driving financial strategy, monitoring company performance, and implementing effective financial controls to support decision-making and drive growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
- Strong Financial Reporting and Budgeting skills
- Solid understanding and expertise in Finance, paired with well-developed Analytical Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in financial data
- Effective leadership and team management experience in financial operations
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- A professional certification (such as CA, CFA, or CPA) is a significant advantage
- 8-10 years experience
