Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Finance based in Jaipur. The Head of Finance will oversee financial operations, including preparing financial statements, managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The role involves strategic planning, overseeing fiscal compliance, and providing financial insights to aid in business decision-making. The role requires strong leadership to manage the finance team and collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and expertise in Financial Reporting
- Strong skills in Finance and Budgeting
- Excellent Analytical Skills to support decision-making and problem-solving
- Experience in managing financial operations and maintaining fiscal compliance
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CA are highly desirable
- Knowledge of financial regulations and standards relevant to the region
