Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for Head of Finance, based in Surajkund, Faridabad. The head of finance will oversee all aspects of financial strategy, planning, and management for Franchise India .
Financial Management: Overseeing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and auditing. This ensures all financial transactions and policies align with the company’s objectives and regulatory standards
Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing financial strategies, long-term financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies to support business growth goals
Financial Reporting & Operational Support: Preparing and communicating monthly and annual financial statements, providing timely financial insights to the CEO and other stakeholders, and tracking cash flow and financial performance
Compliance & Tax Management: Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for all financial functions, including tax planning and adherence to local, state, and federal tax regulations
Cash Flow Management: Monitoring accounts payable and receivable to maintain smooth daily cash flow
Cost Control: Identifying opportunities to save costs and improve efficiency across financial management processes
Qualifications:
. Professional accreditation as a Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Proficiency in Financial Planning, Finance, and creating robust strategies for economic growth
- Strong expertise in managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and providing actionable recommendations
- In-depth understanding of financial regulations and risk management practices
- Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making capabilities
- Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the media or related industries
Leadership: Leading the finance and accounting teams, and participating in key decisions as part of the executive management team
