We're Hiring | Head of Finance | Dr. Mehta's Hospitals | Chennai
Role: Head of Finance
Location: Chennai, India
Industry: Healthcare / Hospitals
What We're Looking For:
- 15+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Minimum 5-7 years in a senior finance role within a hospital or healthcare organization
- CA / CMA (At least Intermediate should be Cleared)
- Strong expertise in budgeting, MIS, financial planning & compliance
- Proficiency in ERP, HIS, HRMS & advanced Excel
- Deep knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI & statutory compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial leadership & strategic planning
- Budgeting, cost control & profitability management
- Revenue cycle & billing efficiency
- Internal controls & audit management
- CAPEX evaluation & investment advisory
- Reporting directly to Top Management & the Board
