Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Finance, based in Canada & Australia. The Head of Finance will oversee financial operations, prepare and review financial statements, manage budgets, and lead financial reporting processes. This role also involves analysing financial data, developing strategic recommendations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the Head of Finance will provide guidance to the finance team and contribute to long-term strategic financial planning.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong skills in Budgeting and overall Finance management
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and guide business decisions
- Proven ability to lead teams and oversee financial operations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or CFA is highly advantageous
- Strong knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and leadership skills
