Job Summary
The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, business acumen, and experience managing financial operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements
- Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations
- Lead audits and coordinate with external accountants and advisors
- Establish and improve financial systems, controls, and procedures
- Support senior management with business expansion and investment planning
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- CA qualification preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations
- Experience with financial software and reporting tools
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
