The Role
We are looking for a founder-minded operator to own finance + operations + execution end-to-end.
This is a 0 → 1 and 1 → 10 role — not a maintenance role.
You will work directly with founders on:
• Fundraising
• Financial strategy
• Business operations
• Execution systems
If you’re looking for a structured corporate role, this is not it.
What You’ll Actually Do
1. Own Fundraising & Financial Strategy
• Build robust financial models and projections
• Drive:
• Investor decks
• Data rooms
• Due diligence readiness
• Work on:
• VC fundraising
• Grants & subsidies
• Continuously track:
• Burn
• Runway
• Capital efficiency
👉 You will directly influence whether the company survives and scales.
2. Build Finance from Scratch (Not Just Manage)
• Set up and own:
• Accounting structure
• Cash flow management
• Vendor & payment systems
• Ensure:
• Clean, audit-ready books
• Strong financial discipline
• Work with external CAs — but own the output
3. Drive MIS & Decision Intelligence
• Build weekly/monthly:
• MIS dashboards
• Unit economics
• Cost vs revenue insights
• Help answer:
• What’s working?
• What’s breaking?
• Where to optimize?
👉 Your insights will drive key decisions.
4. Run Core Operations
• Own internal execution:
• Procurement tracking
• Cost control
• Project coordination
• Identify inefficiencies and fix them fast
• Ensure things actually move, not just get planned
5. Create Systems in Chaos
• Build:
• SOPs
• Templates
• Reporting structures
• Bring clarity without slowing speed
